Truly Great Coffee

HOME IN BAYZ  & FROM THE FARM INTO THE CUP OF COFFEE

The main approach of the COFFEESHOP COMPANY shop design is to communicate two concepts to the customer: HOME IN BAYZ & FROM THE FARM INTO THE CUP OF COFFEE.

The “HOME IN BAYZ” concept is represented by a high-end elegant shop appearance: Telling the story of the birthplace and origins of original Australian coffeehouse culture and others. It is intended for great locations and areas with a more conservative and higher-income customer base.

The “FROM THE FARM INTO THE CUP OF COFFEE” story is the cooler and trendier design line, intended for a younger, slightly more progressive crowd / customer base. This slogan also represents one of our core principles: to guarantee highest quality at every step of our value chain and a sustainable, trustworthy and respectful partnership with our farmers in the coffee-growing countries.

Introducing
Pour-over Coffee

taste.

Manual coffee-making methods are becoming an increasingly popular option for home enthusiasts and coffee shop baristas alike. The abilities to control every variable in the brewing process, create a cup that's exactly suited to one's preferences, and highlight the unique character of the coffee has convinced many to make the switch. This new popularity has prompted the birth of several new methods and devices, as well as the resurrection of older methods. In this article we'll feature our favorite pour over brewing methods and explain the differences between them.

Why Ethical
Coffee Matters

care.

Our coffee company sources good quality green beans from farms and farmers that have consideration for their workers and also the environment. We focus on working with suppliers that pay a fair price to the farms and farmers, ensuring safe labour conditions and production processes that prohibit the use of some agrochemicals. Our coffee beans are also sourced from suppliers that train smaller farmers in processes that will boost yields whilst also keeping the use of the land sustainable for future generations. We also try and source coffee beans that have been processed in the most environmentally friendly way possible. As with all our coffee, traceability is the key and we make every effort possible to provide the information of how and where the coffee bean has travelled from.
